CS Cone Crusher

CS Cone Crusher

High quality, Stable performance, Reliable operation

As the second crushing process, CS High-Efficiency Cone Crusher can process river stone, granite, basalt and ironstone for medium crushing. This machine takes advantages of safety and easy maintenance, and its overload protection device can make the production stable and steady.

Applications: Aggregate field, concrete mixing plant, dry mortar plant

desulfurization,quartz sand,etc.

Overview

CS Series cone crushers were built for decades of reliable service. CS Series High-efficiency Spring Cone Crusher concentrates on the specialty of high-frequency, optimization of cavity and reasonable impact. Comparing with other kinds crusher, CS Series spring cone crusher with high-efficiency (Symons cone crusher) have excellences for fine crushing, high productions and low maintenance. This CS series cone crusher is widely used to crush metalliferous and non?metalliferous ores, cement, construction and sand.

Learn More About M&C CS Cone Crusher

1.Easy to control discharging size by using different crushing cavity and adjusting device.
2.All parts can be disassembled from top and the upper side, so that fixed cone and dynamic cone can be disassembled easily. Under high shock and vibration environment, bronze Bearing can keep excellent bearing capacity and it is much more economic and easy for maintenance.
3.The CS Series Cone Crusher has a longer extrusion arm, a larger stroke and a greater pressing force. Use laminated crushing principle, to make more cubic shape materials and less needle-like materials.
4.convenient cleaning-up, decrease the downtime.

Working Principle

In the working process of the CS Series Cone Crusher, Motor drives eccentric bushing to rotate via V-belts, pulley, shaft, pionion, gear. The material is broken by the multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone. The final size of the crushed product is determined by the spacing between the walls at the lower end of the crushing cavity, when the head is in its position closest to the mantle. When the moving cone is away from the section, it has been crushed to the required size, and the material is falling under its own gravity and discharged from the cone bottom.
